Albondigas Soup

Ingredients
- 24 - 32 pcs. of Que Rico Albondigas
- 1 - 49oz can beef or chicken broth
- 1 - 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 small onion-diced 1/4 inch
- 3 medium carrots-diced 1/4 inch
- 2 celery stalks- diced 1/4 inch
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 medium potato, diced
- 1 medium zucchini squash, sliced
- Bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 medium carrots-diced 1/4 inch

Cooking Instructions
- Place ingredients in large, 5 qrt sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
