Carnitas Taquitos

Ingredients
- 12oz Que Rico Carnitas
- 1-tomato, diced
- Flour tortillas
- 1-small white onion, diced
- 1 glove of garlic, minced
- Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions
- Saute onions, tomato and garlic in one teaspoon vegetable oil in medium frying pan.
- Add carnitas and saute until warm, add salt & pepper to taste.
- Wrap tortillas in towel and heat in microwave until warm.
- Place approximately 3ounces of carnitas mix in tortilla, roll and secure with toothpick.
- Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat. Turn taquito until golden brown on all sides.
- Place on napkin to absorb excess oil. Remove toothpick prior to serving.
- Serve with shredded lettuce, guacamole & sour cream.
