Corned Beef Rueben

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pocino Sliced Corned Beef
- Sliced Swiss Cheese
- Sauerkraut - well drained
- Russian Dressing
- Marble Rye Bread
- Pat of Butter

Cooking Instructions
- Place buttered side down of one slice of bread on clean surface.
- Place the Sliced Swiss Cheese down, layer the corned beef.
- Add well drained sauerkraut and drizzle Russian dressing to taste, butter other slice of bread.
- Place sandwich in frying pan on medium heat, grill on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with pickle spear and potato chips.
