Corned Beef Rueben

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Pocino Sliced Corned Beef
  • Sliced Swiss Cheese
  • Sauerkraut - well drained
  • Russian Dressing
  • Marble Rye Bread
  • Pat of Butter
Cooking Instructions

  • Place buttered side down of one slice of bread on clean surface.
  • Place the Sliced Swiss Cheese down, layer the corned beef.
  • Add well drained sauerkraut and drizzle Russian dressing to taste, butter other slice of bread.
  • Place sandwich in frying pan on medium heat, grill on both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve with pickle spear and potato chips.
