Hot Pastrami Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Pocino Navel Pastrami
  • Sliced Swiss Cheese
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Sliced Dill Pickles
  • Artisan Rye Bread
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
Cooking Instructions

  • Simmer pastrami in broth until hot.
  • Place pastrami on bread (toasting optional).
  • Add cheese, mustard & pickles.
  • Grill sandwich until toasty & crisp~if desired
  • Serve with chips & cole slaw~if desired
