Pastrami & Corned Beef
POCINO & SONS PREMIUM, POCINO DELUXE and SMOKE BAR RANCH brand premium Pastrami and Corned Beef are closely trimmed and then cured with a special blend of spices.
F. POCINO & SONS PREMIUM, POCINO DELUXE and SMOKE BAR RANCH brands of premium Pastrami and Pepper Beef products are made from quality domestic beef which is carefully trimmed to minimize fat, and then individually sized and shaped.
Each pastrami product is seasoned with a premium pepper-style injection and rub, and is "oven roasted" to assure a consistent, high-quality finished product.
Both pastrami and corned beef products are available in 3 cuts - top round, flat and navel.
Each piece of corned beef is topped off with pickling spice to give our Corned Beef a traditional old world flavor. All products are available whole or pre-sliced.
