Carnitas

They are marinated with our special blend of natural juices and spices to achieve a real authentic Hispanic Flavor. Our Carnitas are not fried in lard. They are slow oven roasted to perfection, which results in the best consistency and reduced fat.

Albondigas
Our all-beef, authentic Mexican Style Meatballs are prepared using the finest ingredients, including natural spices and flavorings. We add rice, bread crumbs, Mexican Oregano and a dash of Mint to achieve the most authentic Mexican flavor. Add desired amount of meatballs to your favorite soup or sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.
Roast beef & Pastrami
Our Roast Beef is slowly oven roasted with natural Mexican spices to guarantee its authentic flavor, with No MSG. Our Pastrami is extra trimmed for higher yield - No Preservatives, no MSG - Tender and juicy with mild smoked flavor.
Ham with Jalapeños
