Kalbi Burger


  • 6oz Ground Beef, formed into a patty
  • 3oz XAsian Kitchen® Kalbi
  • 1 Brioche Bun, sliced in half
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ Jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 1oz Red Cabbage, shredded
  • Green Lettuce
  • Mayonnaise


1. Heat XAsian Kitchen® Kalbi in a pot on the stove over medium heat until warm, or in a microwave as directed.
2. Heat a pan or grill and cook Beef Patty to desired doneness. Melt Cheese over the patty. Toast Bun when finished.
3. Spread Mayonnaise onto Bun and layer on Jalapenos, Burger with Melted Cheese, XAsian Kitchen® Kalbi, Cabbage and Lettuce.

TIP: Roughly chopping the XAsian Kitchen® Kalbi into bite sized lengths (about 2 inches or less) will help prevent pulling the meat out of the burger.
