Kalbi Wrap


  • 1 Flour Wrap or thin Tortilla (feel free to use a GF option if desired)
  • 1/2c steamed Short or Medium Grain Rice
  • 6oz XAsian Kitchen® Kalbi
  • ¼ Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ Jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced or grated
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced


1. In a pan, heat a small amount of oil (about 1 Tbsp) and sauté Onions and Jalapeno until Onions are translucent and tender. Add Garlic and cook another minute.
2. Heat XAsian Kitchen® Kalbi in a pot on the stove over medium heat until warm, or in a microwave as directed.
3. Toast Tortilla/Wrap in a pan or over open flame, or heat with your preferred method until warm.
4. Lay Steamed Rice, XAsian Kitchen® Kalbi, Onions and Jalapeno, and Green Onion to wrap in lines down the middle and roll.

TIP: Heating your Wrap/Tortilla will help prevent it from cracking/breaking when you roll it.

TIP: Roughly chopping the XAsian Kitchen® Kalbi into bite sized lengths (about 2 inches or less) will help prevent pulling the meat out of the wrap.
