Mortadella & Burrata Naan Pizza


  • 1 Pizza crust (or naan if you want. We did. It’s quick, easy and pretty good!)
  • 2oz Pesto
  • 4 or 5 slices Pocino® Mortadella, thinly sliced
  • 4 Mini Heirloom Tomatoes, quartered
  • 2oz Marinated Grilled Artichokes, sliced bite-sized
  • 4oz Burrata, pulled into bite-sized pieces


1. Pre-heat oven to 450F with convection.
2. Spread Pesto in a thin, even layer over the Pizza Crust.
3. Garnish pizza with toppings.
4. Bake pizza until cheese has melted and crust begins to brown. (About 8 minutes in our oven, yours may vary so keep an eye on it)
